Initially, we are providing for 50% of the tuition fee per semester. Our studies show that families have other means of sourcing, either from their own income or other institutions.
Why 50% only? We don't want to encourage total dependency from the parents. Too much help can be detrimental also. We don't want to kill the community's industry and perseverance.
How much is 50% of tuition fees? Right now, the going rate for the tuition fee per semester in Novaliches, Quezon City is $280 in an average school. Top schools in Metro Manila collect $1200 per semester (we're not planning to go there).
Your Support Options
- $140 per semester. This is the best. This will already cover 1 beneficiary.
- $20 or more per month. Whatever is not too burdensome for you is welcome. Hopefully, we can gather enough from other sponsors to complete the 50% of the tuition fee per semester.
- One time gift. You may have a big blessing and you want to share it.

School Payment Terms
Tuition fees are normally paid in 5 installments - a down payment, followed by 4 equal payments that coincide with major exams. PCFN will pay the last two (2) payments, which gives PCFN the opportunity to check if the beneficiary has good standing after the first half of the semester. The first two (2) payments are shouldered by the parents, and this ensures that the student and the parents have the commitment to finish the semester, and that the donations will not be wasted.
